In compliance with the new legal provisions of Legislative Decree N°24/2023, following the transposition of EU Directive 019/1937 concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law (so-called whistleblowing discipline), Ticinoplast SpA has implemented a whistleblowing reporting channel to guarantee the anonymity of the reports, which can thus be sent by entitled parties without fear of any personal retaliation. Ticinoplast will verify their content and carry out all the necessary investigations accordingly.
