Food and beverage

We make films suitable for various applications in the food sector. You can select the product that you want to pack from coffee, rice, cheeses, dry granular products, powdered food, frozen, liquid or start from the package you want to realize.

Sealable

The sealing must ensure airtightness and tightness in the presence of contaminants. The design of the film must take into account the sealing temperature and hot tack properties which measures the heat-sealing strength between the films. However, they are designed considering the product to be packaged, the packaging machine, the transport and handling phases of the packaging. The sealing layers are available as follow: low density polyethylene, metallocene hexene polyethylene (C6), obtainic polyethylene (C8), C8 plastomers, EVA copolymer.

Peelable

The peelability function is achieved in two different ways: (1) peelability of the layers due to incompatibility (easy peel) where the added additive creates a hermetic seal but easy to open with different forces according to the customer's requests (generally from 3 -6 N / 15mm); (2) peelability due to breaking of the layers (burst peel) where the opening force is unique and characterized by a high value at the beginning which then decreases after opening. All peelables are designed based on the welding surface. They are available for: polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), expanded polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

Milk and juices

We make polyethylene films to package liquid products such as juices, milk etc. that generally go in smaller packages from 200ml to 2 litres called stand up. They are made with 1- or 3-layer flexible films where the stiffness of the polyethylene film is an important element together welding on pouring caps.

Coffee

We produce polyethylene films for the different packages intended for types of coffee: from grains, ground, instant and pods.
From the more traditional, like the square bottom bag and pointed top or pillow bag, to the most sought after, such as the bag square for vacuum packs with or without valve or bag with four welded edges or rear side joint.

Capsule for bottle

We make polyethylene films with high mechanical resistance to perforation and linearity in laceration. Our film fits to the technology for coupling with or without adhesive for the realization of the capsules covering the bottles mainly of champagne.

Fruits and vegetables

For this application, generally comes packaged in monofilm, the use of polyethylene guarantees a better sealing than other films. In the case of products packaged with a heavier weight, the polyethylene film must be made with suitable hot tack and mechanical properties.

Cheese and dairy products

For cheese and dairy products the packaging machine needs of a polyethylene film with hot tack and under control cof properties.
For products packed in the tray with liquid, an oxygen barrier film is not necessary.
Our peelable films are perfectly suited for this category.

Snack

Polyethylene film for bags containing snacks, chips, peanuts, etc. The laminates used must have a high resistance to perforation and high sealing of the welds to avoid contamination due to the dust always present in these products.

Ready-made foods

Polyethylene film for packaging dehydrated granular products, drinks and/ or soups or main courses where the presence of dust is even greater and given the packaging technique below gas, the hermetic seal of the welds is even more important.
In the case of packaging dehydrated pre-cooked dishes we offer films that can also be used directly in the microwave oven and with easy opening.

Baked products

Polyethylene film for packaging sweets, bread, biscuits, etc. These products are processed on flow pack machines that require film with controlled cof. Being products consumed in a short time, they do not require oxygen barrier properties.

Cold cuts

Polyethylene film for packaging different types of foods subjected to high temperature heat treatment (pasteurization, sterilization) or which are hot, filled up to 90/95 degrees centigrade. These are products such as cold cuts, for example, requiring suitable mechanical properties.
