Hips: A little hard to measure because of the style but about 36"

Hard to capture the true color but it's definitely blue, not purple although there is a purplish undertone to the fabric. Bodice is fitted with long sleeves, small collar and a dropped waist. There is horizontal trimming with small clear stones. Skirt is gathered into the dropped waist seam. Shoulders have small pads the dress closes with a side metal zipper and cinches at the waist with a self belt. Structurally
