High waisted skirt has seaming detail and a side metal zipper closure. There are initials chain stitched inside the jacket reading "RMM". Excellent condition with only minor wear. Fits like an xs. Fabric has slight give. Jacket has no closures and is meant to be worn open so the measurements are flexible. I have measured it
