Zahel SEKT Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Austria, NV Malbec Galaxy & SimcoeThis wine is made of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, Grner Veltliner, Gewrztraminer, and Orange Traube. We would pair it with Konigsberger Klopse, a German Meatball dish in a creamy caper sauce. This traditional Austrian field blend is called Gemischter Satz, and literally translates to "mixed set". The wine is grown on poor soil and aged on its lees for a chakly texture and slight spice. Absolutely refreshing!
