Victorian Fossilised Coral "Ivy Leaf" Brooch rolled gold There are 13 stones inDATE: Victorian, c. 1890 A remarkable antique brooch formed as an ivy leaf. It's set with a piece of fossilised coral, beautifully patterned with mottled blue grey and striking flecks of red the internal structure of the coral wonderfully preserved in fine detail. The brooch dates from the latter half of the 19th century which feels like a long time ago until you consider that the coral is in the region of 150 300 million years old. Modelled in
