Malvirà 'Trinita' Roero Riserva Nebbiolo, 2009 mezcal cocktail This is Crochet's entry level100% Nebbiolo from old vines in the Trinit cru of Roero, rich in sandy clay and shelly soils. Once an ocean floor Trinit provides a freshness and softness to the wines that is absolutely beautiful. The wine is perfumed and floral with light berry flavors and great acidity. Fermentation takes place over 4 weeks in stainles steel before aging for 24 months in French oak casks. The wine finally rests in bottle for a year before release. 2009 was a
