Measures 4 inches tall and 13 1/2 inches in diameter across opening

15 inches wide across seat and distance from seat to floor measures 28 1/2 inches

Everything works except the light on the last digit doesnt light up all the way as shown

Measures 5 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide
