Castelnau de Suduiraut Sauternes, 2023 (375ml) crisp Seeing only a kiss ofThis Sauternes is a classic blend of Smillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Grown on gravelly rocky soils which allow these wines to ripen quickly and develop intense richness. There also is a great deal of autumnal mist, contributing to the development of noble rot, a hallmark of sweet Sauternes. Enjoy it with an apricot tart.
