Montagave 'Las Rocas' Tequila Blanco apricot brandy best-selling authorThis Blanco tequila, produced in El Arenal, Jalisco by Cascahun (NOM 1123) under Maestro Tequilero Salvador Rosales Torres, is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave that is steam roasted for 72 hours in a brick kiln and crushed with a small hand operated roller mill. It undergoes a 96 hour fermentation in brick and concrete tanks before being twice distilled in a stainless steel pot still with a copper coil, then rested for four weeks in a 5 ton concrete
