True to Cru standards this wine is bigger and bolder than many of its Beaujolais neighbors. Coming from 70 year old vines, this wine presents with tart cherry, leather, and a hint of blackberry. Perfect pairings would be, your favorite goat cheese and a good book, or roast veal with Provenal herbs.
